HOLLOW TINE AERATION
Many lawns have compacted soil that restricts the movement of air, water and nutrients to the grass roots. As a result, this provides a breeding ground for moss. To improve the compaction in your soil, it is recommended that you have your lawns hollow-tine aerated.
This can be a difficult job to do manually and requires the use of a Hollow Tine Aerator if it is to be done properly. However, these machines are heavy & expensive to hire, but it is a service that we can provide.
In addition to relieving compaction, aerating your lawn will split the grass root, which in turn encourages offshoots to grow. This will thicken your grass, leaving you with a lush, thick sward.
